Haiti

Back in 2016, I went to Haiti for the first time on a missions trip. That trip completely changed my life. Each time I’ve gone back I’ve learned something new and fall more and more in love with the people and the island. There is so much need down there but more than anything Haiti has taught me the importance of being intentional with my time, my words, and my resources.

We opened up our own Orphanage in 2017 aptly called the Hope Home. Here we strive to give our children the best home, education, and life filled with love that we can! You can find out more on the Hope Home by following our Facebook page: Hope Home- Chesapeake Christian Fellowship

We work with an organization called “Schools for Haiti” and they have a fantastic mission. Their goal is to change Haiti through the next generation through- discipleship, development, diversity, and a daily meal. They truly are amazing! You’ll see posts and pictures from my time there but if you feel called to reach out and help their website provides many ways you can get involved!
