I’ve started compiling a list of things that life has taught me. In no particular order these are just some thoughts and rants that I have about life.
- Family isn’t limited to blood- the family that you build and or create is just as important (Additionally family is the group that you live and share your life with: smiles, laughter, tears, heartbreak, everything)
- Loyalty can never be over valued. It’s something that cannot be bought and can never be truly repaid
- Stand for what you believe in- no matter what other people think
- It’s not how you start it’s how you finish
- If you have to change who you are (or who you want to be) or what you believe for a relationship it’s not worth it
- It’s okay to have baggage- it’s not ok to ignore it
- You will be happier in life if you are looking outward to help others rather than looking inward
- You are never to old for a Girls Night
- Eat your fruits and vegetables
10. If it’s not okay right now just keep going- If it’s not good God is not done
Verse of the day: Isaiah 30:18 “Yet the Lord longs to be gracious to you, therefore he will rise up to show you compassion. For the Lord is a God of justice. Blessed are all who wait for him!”
